MUPAT students held a lively Friday-Saturday Camp (PERJUSA) at the Winong campground, Wajak. This activity was attended by all students in grades 1 to 5 with the aim of building discipline, cooperation, and a love of nature.
The event began with an opening ceremony led by the Principal, Mrs. Hana Ayudah, M.Pd. In her speech, she reminded the importance of camp activities to develop student character. After that, students were divided into groups to participate in various activities, such as setting up tents, scouting activities, and outdoor games.
Students also learned about nature skills, such as simple cooking and binding techniques. In the evening, they enjoyed a campfire colored with songs and stories from the scouts. The activity ended with an evaluation and closing on Saturday morning, where students shared their experiences during the day.
Through this activity, it is hoped that students can increase their sense of togetherness and concern for the environment and foster a spirit of leadership. MUPAT’s PERJUSA activity is a valuable moment that strengthens the bond between students and broadens their horizons.
